Siddhi Steels Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away at Survey No. 240. We are right behind the Hotel Bhagyodaya. It’s a bit of a landmark for people trying to find us. The location is okay for getting trucks in and out, which is what we need for the steel business. It’s not a fancy area, just a lot of industrial plots and dusty roads. Our day usually starts pretty early before the sun gets too high. Dealing with steel is heavy work and it’s better to get the lifting done in the morning. The office is small and mostly filled with ledgers and weight slips. We don’t spend much time on decorations. It’s more about the metal in the yard. You can hear the sound of cranes and metal clanging throughout the day. It’s just the normal sound of our workplace. Sometimes when the hotel nearby is busy, the road gets a bit congested, but we manage. We’ve been doing this for several years now. It’s a simple business of buying and selling steel. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the loads are right and the trucks are on time. Most days are pretty much the same. We check the stock, talk to the drivers, and try to stay on top of the paperwork. We usually close up once the last delivery is handled and everything is noted down.
