Our base of operations is out in Sonarada, specifically on Survey No. 311. It’s a bit further out from the main Gandhinagar city center, which gives us more space to work with. We deal with land development and various building projects around this region. Since we are out in a more rural area, we often have to drive a bit to get into town for meetings, but we like the quiet here. The office is a simple structure on the plot. We have a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. You can usually find us here early in the morning before we head out to the fields. The dust is a constant companion out here, especially in the summer months. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers because of our location, so we mostly meet people by appointment or at the project sites themselves. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we’ve been working the land around Gandhinagar for quite some time. We know the soil and the local regulations better than most. Sometimes the cows from the neighboring farms wander near our gate, which is just part of the local charm. We’re practical people who enjoy the physical aspect of developing land. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but seeing a project take shape from the ground up is why we do it. It keeps us busy and connected to the earth.
