We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of building projects. There’s a lot of paperwork and planning involved before any ground is even broken. The traffic on SG Highway is something we have to plan our whole day around. If you leave five minutes late, you’re stuck for an hour. Our office is a place where we drink a lot of tea and look over blueprints. We have a small crew that handles the main tasks. We don't really go for the high-pressure corporate style. We prefer to just talk things through and solve problems as they come up. Building things is complicated enough without adding extra stress. We see a lot of people coming and going because of where we are situated. It’s an interesting spot to work in. We’ve seen this part of Ahmedabad change so much over the years. We are just one small part of that growth. We focus on the work at hand and try to make sure everything is sorted properly. It’s a long day, but it’s worth it. We just keep building, step by step.
