We are located at Bunglow No.1 in Gokul Upvan. It’s right behind the Jogni Mata temple near the Ring Road in Zundal. Working out of a bungalow gives Parshwa Build Projects Llp a bit more space than a tiny office unit would. We have a few rooms set up for meetings and all the paperwork we have to deal with. The Ring Road is close by, which is handy for getting around, but the temple being right there keeps things feeling a bit more traditional. We’ve got a small crew and we all know each other well. There’s no hierarchy here where people are afraid to speak up. We just talk through the problems and find a way to fix them. The office usually has a few piles of bricks or tiles sitting in the corner that we’re testing out for different jobs. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We don't spend money on marketing because we're usually too busy with the actual building side of things. Zundal is an interesting area because it's right on the edge of the city, so we see a lot of new stuff going up all the time. We just try to do our part and stay out of trouble. It’s honest work and we take it one project at a time without making a big fuss about it. The day goes by fast when you are busy.
