We set up KAAVYARATNA INFRA LLP over in Randesan, specifically in the Shree Rang Aroma building. Being right on the Gift City Road means we see a lot of development happening every single day. Our office is in D 402. It’s a busy part of the region now, very different from how it used to be a few years ago. We are a team that prefers action over long meetings. You won't find us wearing suits most days. We’re usually in practical clothes because we might need to head out to a site at a moment's notice. The desk is often covered in blueprints and half-empty coffee cups. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs and complaining about it, but that’s just life. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We think the work should stand on its own. If we do a good job, people notice. If we make a mistake, we own up to it and get it sorted. That’s the only way to stay in business around here. The atmosphere in the office is usually relaxed but busy. We talk about cricket, the local news, and then get back to the project numbers. It’s a simple way of working. We just want to finish the day knowing we did what we were supposed to do. Nothing more, nothing less.
