Dharmik Steel Traders

Dharmik Steel Traders is located out on Gota Road, right next to Ganesh Stones and near the Gota Chokadi. It’s an area where you see a lot of construction materials and big trucks moving back and forth all day. We deal in all kinds of steel, mostly rods, sheets, and beams that go into building houses and warehouses. The yard is usually quite noisy with the sound of metal clanging and the crane moving things around. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear your nice clothes to, as there is always a bit of rust and dust flying about in the air. We have a small crew that helps with the loading and unloading. Most of our customers are builders or local guys doing some welding work. I spend my time mostly checking the weights and making sure the orders are correct before they go out on the trucks. The sun gets really hot out here on Gota Road, so we try to get the heaviest work done early in the morning. We don't have a fancy showroom, just the yard and a small cabin where we keep the records and share some tea. It’s a tough business sometimes because prices change and the work is physically demanding. But we’ve been here at this spot for a long time and we know the steel trade inside and out. We just focus on getting the right metal to people.
