We are based out of Shop 407 in Srirang Height, which is in the Bhaijipura area of Kudasan, Gandhinagar. This is the main spot for the Confederation Of Real Estate Developers Association Of India - Gandhinagar. It is located in the Radhe Coop No 3 building. It is not a huge office, just a shop space we have turned into our main hub for dealing with all the local real estate matters. Being in Kudasan, we see a lot of growth and new buildings happening all around us every day. The office itself is usually filled with papers, files, and sometimes a few of the developers from the association dropping by to talk about the latest rules or projects. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We do not have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, it is just whoever is in the office that picks up the phone or says hello when someone walks in. We have been in Srirang Height for a bit now and it is a good location for what we do. The area is developing fast, so it is always busy. We spend a lot of time discussing things and trying to stay organized with all the member details. Sometimes it is a bit of a mess with all the blueprints and documents on the table, but we know where everything is. It is an honest place where we focus on the real estate community in Gandhinagar. No fancy speeches here, just the daily work of keeping the association running.
