Biobuild Solutions Private Limited is basically just us working out of Randheja. We have this office at 21 Maitry Avenue. It's a bit of a quiet area compared to the main Gandhinagar buzz, but it works for us. Usually, the mornings start with someone making tea while the rest of us look at the piles of paper on our desks. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. Our space is functional and maybe a little cramped when everyone is in. We spend most of our time dealing with technical solutions that aren't very exciting to talk about but are important for our projects. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the heat, but mostly we are trying to keep up with the schedule. We have been here in Gujarat for quite a while now. The address is easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We don't really do the whole marketing thing because our work usually speaks for itself. It’s a lot of hard hours and sometimes things don’t go perfectly, but we manage to get through it. There’s no big mission statement on the wall here, just a calendar and some old blueprints. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. It’s a simple business run by people who actually live here and know the area.
