Adani Goodhomes Private Limited

Our office is located at Adani House, on Plot No. 83 in Sector 32. It’s in the Institutional Area, which is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the city center. We are Adani Goodhomes Private Limited. Our daily life involves a lot of meetings about housing projects and trying to keep things moving forward. It’s a regular office environment where people are usually busy on their computers or talking to contractors on the phone. We don’t really do the whole flashy sales pitch thing. We just focus on the housing developments we are currently managing. The office itself is functional and we’ve been here for a while. It’s easy to find us if you’re driving through Sector 32. We have a mix of staff, some who have been here forever and some newer faces. We deal with a lot of paperwork, which isn't the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be done every single day. Sometimes we get pretty busy and the place feels a bit cramped with all the files and folders stacked on the desks. We just want to make sure the homes we are involved with get built right. There’s no big secret to what we do, just staying on top of the schedules and making sure the sites have what they need to keep moving. Being in the Institutional Area means it’s mostly other offices around us. We like the routine of coming in and getting through the list of things to do without much fuss.
