AAVALI BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Motera, right across from the Manilal Party Plot. If there’s a wedding or a big event going on over there, it gets pretty loud and crowded on our street, but we don't mind much. AAVALI BUILDCON has been running out of this spot for a good while now. We’re local people, mostly from around Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The office is just a simple building where we keep our records and meet with the guys before heading out to the sites. Construction is what we know. It’s a lot of phone calls to vendors and making sure the sand and cement show up on time. Sometimes they don't, and then we have to scramble. That’s just how it goes in this business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep the lights on and the crew busy. The area around Motera has changed so much lately with the new stadium and all the traffic. It used to be much quieter, but the growth is good for work. We usually have some snacks sitting on the table and the fan is always running because of the Gujarat heat. It’s a modest operation. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy signs. We’d rather spend that on better gear for the workers. Just plain, honest building work happens here every single day. We are usually busy from dawn until dusk, but we always find time for a quick lunch together.
