Ashiana Housing Ltd has its presence over at Mundara Port in Gandhidham, Gujarat. Being near the port means there is always a lot of salt in the air and plenty of dust. It is a very busy area with all the shipping and logistics going on. We work on housing projects around here. It is not easy work because the ground and the weather can be tough. We spend a lot of time out at the sites instead of just sitting in the office. Our office in Gandhidham is practical. We have maps and plans rolled up on almost every table. We do not have a marketing team telling us what to say. We just talk to people about where they are going to live. It is a big responsibility, so we try not to mess it up. People in Gujarat know that port life is hard work, and we fit right into that. We do not use those glossy brochures that make everything look like a dream. We just show the real buildings and the real streets. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or the supply of materials. We just tell people the truth about the timeline. We have been in Gandhidham for a while and we plan to stay. It is a good place to be if you like seeing things get built.
