National Productivity Council

Our Gandhinagar office is at Surabhi Plot No 853 2, over in Sector 5C. It’s a good location in Gujarat, and we’ve made ourselves at home here. The National Productivity Council is essentially a place where we think about the best way to do things. We don't have any fancy decorations or leather chairs; it’s more about desks, computers, and a lot of shared knowledge. We work with different sectors to see where they can trim the fat, so to speak. It might be saving electricity or just making sure a production line doesn't have people waiting around for parts. It’s practical, everyday stuff. The team here is a mix of people who’ve been doing this for years and some newer faces. We all just get along and do the work. The sector is usually pretty calm, which helps when we need to concentrate on a complicated report or a new set of guidelines. We don't try to overcomplicate things. If a solution is too hard to explain, it’s probably not the right one anyway. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful to the businesses that reach out to us. It’s a steady environment, and we like it that way. No drama, just productivity, which I guess is the point of the name on the door. It is what we do every day without much fuss.
