We are over at Plot No 506 1 in Sector 26, right near Kisan Nagar in Gandhinagar. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to some of the bigger cities, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on project details. The office is close to Kh 7, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the local landmarks. We spend most of our time staring at drawings and talking over the phone with contractors. It’s not the kind of place with leather chairs or expensive art on the walls. It’s more about the stacks of paper and the computers that stay on late into the evening. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where most of the actual talking happens. Gandhinagar has a certain rhythm to it, and we just follow along. The dust from the nearby construction can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s just part of being in an expanding sector. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some shelves that are probably too full. It feels like a real workspace, messy and lived-in. We don’t really do big meetings with fancy presentations. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done for the day, and start on it. It’s a simple way to run a business, focusing on the projects and making sure we don’t miss the small details.
