Fresh Graduate

Fresh Graduate is located in Sector 30 of Gandhinagar, right in the 55 Ghb Sarvodaynagar area. Being in the capital of Gujarat, we see a lot of young people coming through looking for some direction after they finish their studies. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone just starting out, and that is why we set up here. Our office is a simple space where we look at resumes, talk about different career paths, and try to help people figure out what comes next. It is a bit of a trek for some, but being in Sarvodaynagar makes us accessible to the local student population. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at job listings, trying to find matches that make sense for someone with no experience. It is not always easy, and there are days when it feels like a lot of uphill work, but we stay at it. We are not a big recruitment agency with shiny glass walls. We are just a small group working out of a regular building in Gandhinagar. We know the local market here and in Ahmedabad pretty well. We have seen how things change over the years with new industries coming into Gujarat. We mostly just listen to what people need and try to give them some practical steps to take. It is honest work and we have been doing it from this same spot for a bit now.
