This is our office at B 9 Ram Balram Flats. We are located right opposite Jashdeep Hospital in Kalol. The pin code is 382721. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels quite calm compared to the main market. We are in a flat, so it’s not like a big bank building with glass walls. It feels more like a home, which I think people like when they come to talk about money and houses. We’ve been here in Kalol for a while. We know the people around here and the doctors over at the hospital too. Most of our day is spent looking at papers and talking on the phone. People come in to ask about their accounts or how to get things sorted with their property. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough so you can find the door. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just handle what comes through the door. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it decent. There’s a small waiting area with some old magazines. We don't use fancy jargon. We just explain things simply so everyone understands. It’s a straightforward business. We show up at 10, we leave in the evening. If the hospital across the street is busy, parking can be a bit tricky, but usually, it's fine. We are just here doing our job like anyone else.
