Ipcl Dahej

Our setup is located at Block No: 152/E in the Pratapnagar Railway Colony in Baroda. It’s a very specific part of town, and if you aren't familiar with the railway colony, it might take a minute to navigate the turns. Ipcl Dahej has its roots here. The atmosphere is very quiet compared to the main city areas. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all our equipment and paperwork. It’s an older building, so it has some character, and maybe a few leaky spots when it rains hard. We don't mind. We aren't a big corporation with a skyscraper. We are just a local operation. Most of the staff live close by, so we walk or cycle to work. There’s a sense of routine that is actually quite nice. We start the day, check the lists, and get through what needs to be done. We aren't big on meetings that last hours. We’d rather just talk over a desk and settle things quickly. The colony has a lot of trees, so it stays a bit cooler than the paved streets. Sometimes we have visitors who get lost trying to find 152/E, but they usually make it eventually. It’s just a humble place to do business. We’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. There's no pressure to be anything other than what we are.
