In the summer, the Vadodara heat is pretty intense, so we really rely on those old air conditioning units that hum all day long. We take our breaks together and sometimes order food from the local stalls nearby. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the day's tasks rather than making the place look polished for visitors. We’ve grown accustomed to the quirks of the building, like the light switch that’s a bit loose and the way the door creaks.
