Krishna Metals Store

Krishna Metals Store sits right on Jawahar Main Road, just by the Diwatar Circle. It’s a prime spot because everyone passing through the circle sees our sign. The road is always busy, especially during the rush hours when the bikes and cars are all honking at each other. Our store is filled with all kinds of metal items, from small fittings to larger sheets. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, and sometimes we have to use a shaky old ladder to reach the things at the top. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks in it from years of heavy boxes being dropped. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on a couple of ceiling fans that hum loudly all day long. People come in looking for specific parts for their homes or shops, and we spend a lot of time measuring things out with an old tape measure. It’s a very local vibe here. We know many of our customers by name because they’ve been coming to us for years. There’s a small counter where we do the math on a basic calculator and write out the receipts by hand. It’s not a high-tech place, but it works for us. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and help the people who come in off the main road as best as we can. It keeps us occupied.
