Our office for Zion Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No-K/108 in the Atrium. We are on Shooting Range Road near Suraj Kund. It’s an interesting area because you have the city on one side and then the more open spaces near the range. The Atrium is a decent building to work out of, though the commute can be a bit long depending on where you’re coming from. We spend most of our time dealing with project plans and talking to people about the new developments we are working on. There is a lot of back and forth with the site managers and the architects. It’s not just sitting at a desk; there’s a lot of coordination involved. We have maps spread out over most of the tables here. Suraj Kund is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us when they want to talk about a project. We don't really do the whole corporate polished thing. Our office looks like a place where work actually happens, with files stacked up and phones ringing. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a while. We know the local land laws and the way things get built in this part of the state. It takes a lot of patience to get things moving, but we just keep at it every day. It’s a busy spot, especially when the shooting range has big events nearby.
