Wave Infratech

Wave Infratech is based over in the Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate on Mathura Road. Our spot is A 25. It is a big industrial area, so there is always a lot of movement. You see trucks coming in and out all the time. Our office is just a place where we get the work done. We deal with infrastructure and building stuff, so there are always blueprints and technical drawings lying around on the tables. It’s not very organized, to be honest. We have a couple of old fans that make a bit of a racket, but they keep the air moving. People come in to discuss projects or check on how things are moving along. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just show the plans and talk about the timelines. Sometimes things get delayed because that is just how construction goes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites. It’s a lot of coordination. The floor is concrete and we have some basic wooden chairs. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve been in this estate for a while now, so we know the other business owners around here. We usually get lunch from the small stall down the road. It’s a simple routine and it works for us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the buildings and the land we are working with today.
