Dlf Luxuary Homes

We are over in Dabua Colony in Faridabad. It’s a pretty busy part of town, and we’ve got our office right in the middle of all the action. Even though the name says luxury homes, our actual office is quite simple and functional. We don't see any point in wasting money on a showy front that doesn't add much value. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to live and what kind of house they are looking for. We’ve seen the colony change a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and more people moving in. Our space is just a few rooms with some chairs and tables where we can sit down and talk through the options. I usually spend my time going through maps and documents. It’s a lot of paper and a lot of phone calls throughout the morning. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once, but we just take it one person at a time and try to help. We don't have any slick sales pitches or fancy presentations. We just show people what is available in the market and let them decide for themselves. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve built up a lot of trust in the neighborhood just by being here every day and being honest about what we can do. It’s a good way to live and work in this community.
