A R Property Solutions (P) Ltd. is our little office located at H.N.-16, Ward No.10, Bard Mohlla in Old Faridabad. The pin code here is 121001. We have been working out of this building for some time now. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people walking by all day long. The office itself is not very large, but we have enough chairs for when clients come in to talk about land or flats. Old Faridabad is a place that has changed quite a bit over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We mostly deal with the paperwork side of property stuff. Sometimes we are out visiting different sites to see what they look like in person. It gets pretty dusty in the summer and the traffic around Ward No.10 can be a real headache if you are trying to drive. We keep all our files in some old metal cabinets against the wall. There is a small tea shop just down the road where we go when we need a break from the phones. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm with a glass building. It’s just a few of us trying to help people figure out their property issues without too much fuss. Most of our day is spent talking to folks or looking at maps of the local area. It’s regular work, but it keeps us on our toes and pays the bills.
