Yuncheng Rotogravure Private Limited

Yuncheng Rotogravure is tucked away in Sector 68 of IMT Faridabad. We are right near the Amul company plant, so you can usually smell something being cooked or processed nearby depending on which way the wind is blowing. Our building at Plot No. 53 is where all the rotogravure work happens every day. It’s a specific kind of work, dealing with cylinders and printing processes that most people don't really think about much when they see a package. The machines are large and they need a lot of looking after so they don't break down at the wrong time. We have a crew that’s been doing this for years, so they know the sounds the equipment makes when it’s running right or when something is starting to go wrong. The commute to Faridabad can be a bit of a trek for some of us, but the industrial park is a good place to be for this kind of business. We aren't much for fancy talk or corporate meetings. Usually, we're just standing around a machine discussing how to get a specific shade or depth on a print for a customer. The floor is often stained with ink, and there’s always a faint smell of chemicals in the air that never really goes away. It’s just the nature of the business we are in. We try to keep a steady pace, making sure the cylinders are engraved properly. It's a lot of technical work that requires a lot of patience. We just show up and do the hours.
