Our office is in DLF Sector 10 at D 2/20. It’s an industrial patch where things are a bit more spread out. We focus on microtechnologies, which basically means we spend our time looking at very small parts and cameras. The desks are always covered in wires, tiny screws, and bits of hardware. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who have been doing this for years. The building is pretty standard for Sector 10, nothing too special to look at. We start our day with a quick talk about what needs to get done and then we just get to it. Sometimes we have to test the same piece of equipment for hours to make sure it's working right. It can get a bit tedious, but that’s just the nature of the job. The air conditioning hums in the background and that’s usually the only sound besides the occasional phone call. We usually bring our own lunch or go to a small dhaba nearby. There’s not a lot of foot traffic around here compared to the city center, which is nice. We just come in, do our technical work, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady, quiet routine for us.
