Yojana Hr Consultants

Our office is over at H.No-156-A in the Indra Complex, which is part of Ward No-18 in Old Faridabad. It's an older part of town, so things can get a bit crowded around here, but it's where we've set up shop. Yojana Hr Consultants is basically just a few of us working on hiring for different companies. We get a lot of resumes sent to us, and we spend most of our mornings going through them to see who might fit where. It's a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people for quick chats. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we get the work done. Dealing with HR stuff means there is always something to fix or a person to call back. Sometimes the power goes out in the complex, which makes things tricky, but we manage. People from all over Haryana come to see us. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just matching people with jobs that need doing. It's practical work and we try to do it right. We've been in this building for some time now and most of the neighbors know us. It feels like a normal part of the community. We try to be fair and just tell people how it is when it comes to the jobs available. There is no point in sugarcoating things when someone is looking for a way to earn a living.
