National Placement Services

National Placement Services is based in Faridabad, specifically at E-36 in the N I T Nehru Ground area. This part of town is always buzzing with people, which makes for a lively atmosphere right outside our door. Inside the office, things are much more low-key. You’ll mostly find a couple of us hunched over our desks, sorting through stacks of resumes or talking to folks on the phone. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and expensive rugs. Instead, we have basic desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. Dealing with hiring and job placements means we see a lot of different faces every day. Most of the time, we’re just trying to keep up with the paperwork that seems to never end. The tea stall nearby is where we get our morning fix, and the local market noise usually drifts in through the windows. We don't have a grand mission statement plastered on the wall. Our day is mostly about making sure names match up and phone numbers are correct. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, but we just ignore it and keep working. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the tasks at hand. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just a normal workplace where we do our best to stay organized and get through the daily pile of work.
