New Era India Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is located at House No.-333 in Sector- 17, Faridabad. Like many businesses in this part of the city, we operate out of a house. It gives the place a more personal feel than a big glass building in a business park. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the consultancy. One room is for meetings, another is full of desks for the staff. We do a lot of hiring and advice work here. There are always people coming in for interviews or to drop off papers. Sector 17 is a nice place to be because it has some trees and is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have been here for some time and have become part of the local scenery. Our office is simple. We have basic furniture, a few computers, and lots of folders. We aren't big on decorations. Most of our focus goes into the work we do for our clients. Sometimes the doorbell rings all day long with couriers and visitors. We just handle it as it comes. We usually take our lunch breaks together in the small area we have set aside for eating. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with their jobs and businesses from our house in Faridabad. It works for us and the people we help.
