Our office is located at Quarter Number 27, Type-III, in the NH-IV area of Faridabad. We are set up under the care of R V Upadhaya at this specific spot. It’s a government-style residential colony area, so the surroundings are quite orderly and have a lot of green patches. Planethr Peoplesource is what we go by, and our daily life involves a lot of recruiting and talking to job seekers. Working from a Type-III quarter means the space is divided into a few smaller rooms, which we use for interviews and paperwork. It’s not a shiny glass building, but it is functional and easy to reach if you are in the NH-IV part of town. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. You can hear the birds in the morning and the sound of the neighborhood waking up. We have a few chairs for visitors to wait in, and a couple of desks crowded with files. We don't put on any airs about being a big corporate entity. We are just a small team helping people find work and helping companies find staff. The Haryana weather can be tough, especially in the peak of summer, but we have our coolers running to keep things comfortable. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know the people around here and they know where to find us. We just stick to our routine and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door looking for some assistance.
