SCO 42 in Sector 12 is where you will find our office. It is right in the Urban Estate area of Faridabad. This part of town is always on the move. Being in a commercial office space means there are always people going up and down the stairs at all hours. XSIS Buildtech Llp is just the name on our front door. Inside, it is mostly desks and stacks of papers. We are in the 121006 area. The morning commute through Faridabad can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but once we get into the SCO, it is just work. We do not have a fancy website with stock photos. We just have our local office. You can see the other businesses nearby and it feels like a proper commercial hub. Sometimes we go out for a quick lunch at the local stalls nearby. The building is standard for Sector 12. Nothing fancy about it. We focus on our buildtech work without making a big fuss. It is a practical place for practical people. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We prefer just getting into the details of the projects. Haryana has a lot of growth and we see it happening right outside our window. It is a decent spot to be. We have grown fond of the noise and the pace of the Urban Estate. It keeps you on your toes. Just a local office doing what it does every day.
