Xclusve%2bretail is based at No. 7 H in the Nit Industrial Area. It is a typical industrial setup with high ceilings and a lot of concrete. We do not have a fancy storefront or anything like that. It is more of a warehouse and distribution point for our retail goods. The roads around the NIT area can be quite rough and dusty, especially when the big trucks are moving through. Inside, it is much quieter, though there is always the sound of tape dispensers and boxes being moved. We keep the inventory organized on tall metal racks. It is a very simple way of working. We do not have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be checking invoices and the next you are helping load a truck. Xclusve%2bretail is just a name on the door of a busy workspace. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things that need to be shipped out by the end of the day. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, but we know where everything is. It is an honest, local operation. We just show up every morning and handle the retail stock. There is no corporate polish here, just people working in a warehouse in the industrial district. We like the practical nature of the job and the neighborhood.
