Break Time

Break Time is over here in NIT Faridabad, right near DAV College. It's a busy spot because of the students and everyone moving around 3B-4 BP. We just kind of do our thing every day. The traffic outside can get a bit loud, especially in the afternoons when classes let out and everyone is looking for a place to go. We've been at this for a while now, just staying in this one spot. Some days it's really quiet in the mornings, and then it picks up all of a sudden. It isn't a fancy place with expensive furniture, just somewhere to sit and take a minute to yourself. People come in from the main road to get away from the hot sun or just to kill time between their different errands. We keep the chairs where they are and try to keep things clean enough for whoever comes in next. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just open up the doors and stay until we’re done for the day. Living and working in this part of Faridabad means seeing the same faces often. You get to know who works nearby in the offices and who is just passing through on their way to the college. Sometimes the ceiling fans are a bit noisy, but nobody seems to mind it too much. It's just a regular local place. Nothing more and nothing less. If you're walking around NIT and need a spot, we're right there.
