You can find us on the ground floor of SRS World Mall in Sector 12, Faridabad. Being in a mall means we see a lot of people just walking by while they do their weekend shopping. We focus on all types of bags, whether you need something for school, a new suitcase for a trip, or just a small purse. The shop is at Unit 15A, which is quite easy to spot once you enter. Working in a mall is different from a street shop; it’s always air-conditioned and well-lit, but the pace is still quite fast. We spend our time arranging the leather bags and making sure the zippers on the backpacks are working right. It’s a practical business. People come in looking for something durable, and we show them what we have on the racks. We’ve seen many shops come and go in this mall, but we’ve stayed here serving the Faridabad crowd. We handle everything from budget options to slightly more expensive ones. It gets really crowded on Sundays when families are out for movies and food. We just keep our heads down and help whoever comes in. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to customers about what size bag they need for their laptops or their travel plans. We like being here in Sector 12 because it’s a central spot for many people. It’s just us and the bags every day from morning until the mall closes.
