Sometimes the office is empty and we are just catching up on emails, and other times it’s full of people waiting to be interviewed. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated systems. We have our tea breaks and talk about the local news or how the crops are doing nearby. It’s a very grounded way to do HR work. We don't have a big sign on the road, so people usually have to ask around to find the exact spot in Bamnikhera.
