Welspun Group

Our office for Welspun Group is at 46-A in Block-J of Shivdurga Vihar. It’s located in Lakkhar Pur, Faridabad. The area has a lot of activity and it can get quite dusty with all the traffic and work going on nearby. We’ve been here for a good while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our building is just a standard one, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We have some desks, a few cupboards for files, and a small area where we have our lunch. We don’t use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people trying to earn a living and do a good job. Hariyana summers are quite something, so we rely on our fans a lot during the afternoons. We don’t have a big management team telling us how to act. We just treat each other like neighbors. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of work coming in at once, but we eventually get it all sorted out. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of promotional stuff. We just rely on the work we do. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We just show up every morning and get through what needs to be done. It’s honest work in a local setting.
