Being based in Ug 9 at the Ozone Centre in Sector 12 means we see a lot of people coming and going. It’s a bit different from being on a dusty site, but once we leave the office, it’s all the same. Vhs Constructions Llp is what’s on the door, but most of us are just regular folks who know how to handle a construction project. Sector 12 is a busy spot, and sometimes it feels like the whole world is under renovation. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons trying to catch up on the paperwork that never seems to end. The air conditioning in the centre is nice, but we aren't in there as much as we’d like. Most of our day is spent dealing with the reality of building—mismatched tiles, late deliveries, and the constant sound of drills. We don’t talk much about visions or goals; we just focus on whatever is happening right in front of us. If a wall needs finishing, we see to it. If the site is a mess, we clean it up. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s habits. It’s not a big corporate machine, just a group of people making sure things get built properly around here. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 12 makes us late, but we get there eventually even when the roads are blocked up.
