Verma Build Mat Pvt. Ltd.

We run Verma Build Mat Pvt. Ltd. out of House No. 202 in Sector-17. It is a bit different from other businesses because we operate directly from a house, which makes the whole thing feel a lot more personal. We have been here for a good while and the neighbors in the area know us well. We deal with building materials and various property matters right from this desk. It is certainly not a shiny corporate office with a fancy receptionist. Usually, you will just find one of us sitting here surrounded by material samples, invoices, and half-empty tea cups. We started this because we knew the area well and saw that people needed help with their building projects. There is not much to say about our philosophy because we do not really have one written down. We just try to get the orders right and help people out. Sector-17 is a relatively quiet place and we like it that way. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a hard time finding the house number, but we always sort it out in the end. We are not trying to expand into some massive, faceless company. We are happy just being the local guys who know about bricks, cement, and local land. People stop by to ask for advice or just to say hello while they are out walking. It is a relaxed atmosphere here.
