Chandan Cement & Sanitary House

We are located right on Mohna Road, just a short walk from Akash Theater. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic and people going to the movies. Our shop, Chandan Cement & Sanitary House, has been part of this street for a good while now. Most mornings start early, usually before the theater even opens, when the first delivery trucks pull up with fresh loads of cement. It’s hard work, moving those heavy bags and making sure everything is stacked right so nothing gets damp or ruined. Besides the cement, we keep a lot of sanitary items in stock like pipes, taps, and bathroom fittings. The place is often a bit dusty because of the materials we handle, but that is just how it is when you deal with construction supplies every day. We aren't one of those shiny stores with big displays. It is more of a practical place where people come when they actually need to get a job done. We spend most of our time talking to local builders or homeowners who are trying to fix a leak or start a small renovation. Sometimes we have to move things around just to find space for new stock. It’s a lot of lifting and shifting, but we are used to it by now. Being near the theater means there is always something going on outside, but inside we just focus on the orders.
