You can find us on the second floor of the A-111A building in Ashoka Enclave-II. This is in Sector-37 over in Faridabad. The office for Vcustomer Services India Pvt. Ltd. is usually quite a busy place with people coming and going throughout the day. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of activity. It’s a typical Faridabad neighborhood, a bit dusty sometimes and always noisy with horns and people shouting, but it feels alive to us. We have a lot of computers set up and there is always the sound of typing or people talking on their headsets. It isn't a silent library kind of place, that is for sure. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the 121003 area feels like home. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise in every morning. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just the desks and chairs and the equipment we need to do our jobs. It’s a practical space for practical work. Some days are more stressful than others when the systems go down or we have too many calls to handle, but we just take it one hour at a time. The local tea stall downstairs is where most of us head when we need a quick break from the screens. It’s just how we operate here in Ashoka Enclave.
