Vardhman Associates

Vardhman Associates is our local property office located at Wz-247 on Hastasal Road in Uttam Nagar. We are right by Ashok Apartment 2, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The office is a modest space where we handle various real estate tasks. Uttam Nagar is a very crowded and lively place, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. We have a couple of desks and a lot of cabinets filled with files from over the years. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a few of us working together to help people with their housing needs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the heat looking at different properties. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the window to get some light, but we keep working anyway. We don't use any slick marketing talk or try to pressure anyone into making a decision. We just provide the information we have and let people decide for themselves. It is a straightforward way of doing business that seems to work well here. We know most of the people on Hastasal Road and we like being part of this busy neighborhood.
