To get enough space for everything we need to do, we actually took over three separate shop units. Traffic on Tigaon Road is pretty heavy most days, which helps people notice we are here. Sector 86 has been our home for quite a while now. It is a part of Faridabad that is still growing and changing every month. We are just a local operation, not one of those big polished chains you see in the malls. Most of our day is spent right here inside these shops, prepping ingredients or serving whoever comes by the counter. It is hard work and the hours are long, but it is our living. A lot of folks from the new apartment complexes nearby stop in on their way home. We do not have some fancy corporate mission or a long, scripted story to tell. We just opened the doors one day and started working. Sometimes the construction nearby makes it a bit dusty outside on the road, but we try our best to keep the interior as clean as possible for everyone. It is a straightforward setup without any bells or whistles. Just the kitchen, us, and the customers who have been coming to see us since we started.
