Trident Hilton, Gurgaon

This place is located over in Sector 3 of Faridabad, which is a bit of a drive if you're coming from the main parts of Delhi. We are based out of House No. 1149. It’s a residential-feeling area compared to the big glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. We have been here for a bit, and the neighborhood is pretty settled. Most of the people working here live nearby in Haryana, so we don't have too far to travel in the mornings. Our day usually starts with a bit of a meeting to see what needs doing. Since we have the Trident Hilton name on the door, people expect things to be a certain way, so we just try to keep up with the daily chores. It’s mostly about managing the paperwork and the guests that come through. Sometimes it gets a bit confusing because the name says Gurgaon but the address is here in Faridabad, but we just explain that to whoever asks. It’s a practical setup, nothing too over the top. We have our desks, our tea breaks, and we just get through the tasks one by one. The building itself is sturdy and has been here for years. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on people finding us and the work we do. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and work.
