Jaypee Palace Hotel &Convention Centre

We operate out of 253, Ashoka Enclave Part-1 in Faridabad. This is where the Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre team handles the behind-the-scenes stuff. Faridabad is a bit quieter than the main city, but it still has its own rhythm. Our office isn't the actual hotel itself, but this is where a lot of the planning and coordination happens. It's a practical space filled with computers and notebooks. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to vendors or checking on event schedules. The building we are in is quite standard for the area, nothing that stands out too much from the street. We like it that way because it keeps us focused. Inside, you’ll find us sitting around, often with maps or floor plans spread out. It can get a little frantic when a big event is coming up, but we just take it one step at a time. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the peak of summer, so we have a few fans going. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't really follow a strict corporate handbook; we just talk to each other and figure out the best way to solve problems as they pop up. There’s always someone coming in or going out with a delivery or a message. It feels like a busy workshop more than a quiet office. We’ve been in Ashoka Enclave for a while and feel like part of the local scenery now.
