Nikko Hotels International

We’re located in Spring Field Colony, specifically at House Number 12 in Block Number 11. This is in Sector 31 of Faridabad, Haryana. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes coming to work a bit nicer. We’ve been here for a while, handling the local side of Nikko Hotels International. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and take care of the administrative side of things. It’s quiet mostly, except for when the phones start going. We don't have any big flashy signs outside. Most people who come here already know where we are. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and eat lunch together. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate look. We just want to get the daily tasks out of the way. Working in Faridabad is different from being in the middle of Delhi. It’s a bit more relaxed. We have our routines and we stick to them. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat. We like being part of the colony. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We keep track of everything on our computers and try to stay organized. It’s not a complicated life. We just do the work that’s needed for the hotel group from this little spot in Sector 31. We come in early, do what needs doing, and leave when the job is finished for the day.
