Trehan Properties

Trehan Properties is located on the ground floor at B-52 in Palam Vypar Kendra, which is part of Palam Vihar. We like being on the ground floor because it makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are out shopping or running errands. Palam Vypar Kendra is a busy hub, so there is always someone passing by. We handle properties around Palam Vihar. It’s a nice area and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit lately. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just sit at our desks, answer the phones, and help people find houses or spots for their shops. Sometimes we are out showing a place, other times we are just here catching up on paperwork. It’s a small office, but it works for us. We know the local landlords and the people looking to move in. Most of the folks who come to Trehan Properties are just regular people from the neighborhood. We don’t use any complicated jargon. We just talk about the prices and the locations. Being at B-52 means we are right in the middle of things. It can get a bit noisy with all the people in the market, but we don't mind. It feels alive. We just try to be useful to anyone who needs a hand with real estate.
