The Leela Kempinsiki

Working over here at Sector 9 in Faridabad is quite different from the main city buzz. We are located at house number 1033, and it’s a bit of a daily routine for most of us. You wake up, get through the Haryana traffic, and start the day. Being part of The Leela Kempinsiki means there is always something to do, whether it’s checking on rooms or just making sure things are tidy. It’s not like those big shiny brochures you see; for us, it’s just a regular workplace with its own set of problems and small wins. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking during breaks, and other days it feels like everyone in the world is calling at once. The building stands out in the neighborhood, but inside, we are just a bunch of people trying to keep things running smoothly. We’ve been here for a bit now and the locals know us. It’s honest work, really. You see people coming in for all sorts of reasons, and you just try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. Faridabad has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of that 121006 area code. There isn’t much to say other than we show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s just how life goes in this part of the state and we are fine with that.
