The Lalit

We operate out of a house in N.I.T. Faridabad, at H.No.2-K/11. It’s a bit of an interesting setup since it’s right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix in Haryana. We deal with hospitality-related tasks, but we do it from this local base. The atmosphere inside is usually quite serious but friendly. We have a small team that handles the paperwork and coordination that goes into keeping things running smoothly. Faridabad has its own rhythm, a bit slower than Delhi but still quite industrious. Our office isn't full of marble floors or expensive chandeliers; it’s more about desks, printers, and a lot of phone calls. We spend a good chunk of our day making sure schedules are met and people are where they need to be. Sometimes the internet acts up or the electricity goes out for a bit, which is just part of living and working in this area. We don’t use those big fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the job gets finished by the end of the day. Most of us have lived in Faridabad for years, so we understand the local way of doing things. It’s about being reliable and showing up every morning. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep each other motivated when the workload gets heavy. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs.
