The Grand

The Grand is located right here at Hno 1118 in Sec 23A. We are part of the Hig Colony in Nit Faridabad, Haryana 121005. It’s a decent area to be in. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people find us okay. We don’t have big neon signs or anything like that. It’s a straightforward place. We handle the daily operations ourselves. Some days the phone rings a lot and other days it’s pretty quiet. We have a few rooms and we spend a lot of time just keeping things clean and tidy. The neighborhood is mostly residential so we try not to make too much noise. People who stay with us are usually just passing through or here for local work. We don’t have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just a local business run by people who live nearby. We like the HIG Colony because it feels safe and settled. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day. We don't use fancy marketing because word of mouth usually works for us. If you are looking for house 1118, it’s the one with the grey gate. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we are not. It’s just a regular part of life in Faridabad for us.
