We've been here at 1J 21A Niit in Faridabad for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly just us doing our work with the steel and making sure things get moved where they need to go. The area is pretty crowded, so getting trucks in and out sometimes takes a bit of patience from everyone. We aren't a huge office, just a group of people who know how things run around here. Most days start early before the heat gets too bad. We spend a lot of time on the floor or dealing with paperwork that never seems to end. It isn't fancy at all. There’s a tea stall not far from the gate where most of us go when we need a break from the noise of the machines. Faridabad has changed a lot since we started, more buildings and more traffic every year. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s just honest work, nothing more than that. We know the neighbors and they know us. The building itself is old but it works for what we do. We don’t really have a big sign or anything like that, just the address and our team doing their jobs every day. It's a bit dusty, but that's just part of being in this part of town. We usually have lunch together and talk about normal things, not just work. It makes the day go by faster.
