Tashan E Tandoor

If you are looking for us, we are over at Shop No 1B/9A in the Nit Market 1. It’s right in the NIT area of Faridabad, just across from the K D Gas Agency. Most people find us by looking for the Phawra Singh Chowk, which is just a short walk away. My name is here every day, usually near the tandoor oven where it’s the warmest. The market is always busy with people buying groceries or fixing their bikes, so there’s always something to look at. We started Tashan E Tandoor because we liked the idea of a local spot where people could get something hot to eat after a long day of work. It’s a small shop, and the walls have a bit of soot on them from the fire, but that’s part of the deal with a tandoor. We have a few stools outside if you want to sit, but most people just wait for their order and head home. The gas agency across the street is a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We just want to make sure the food is cooked right and that people are satisfied when they leave. It gets really busy on weekend evenings, and sometimes we run out of things earlier than we planned, but we do our best to keep up with the crowd. It is a lot of work but it is okay.
