Tanvir Associates

We are located over at Plot No. 672 in Sector 19. It is not too far from the Delhi Mathura road, so we get a fair bit of noise from the traffic sometimes. Tanvir Associates is just a small group of us working out of this space in Faridabad. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home. The office has desks and some old chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough for a long day. Most mornings start with someone struggling with the lock on the front door. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and screens. It is pretty quiet inside usually, except when the tea guy comes around or when the neighbor's dog starts barking. We don't have any fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and we are there. The 121002 postcode area is a mix of houses and offices, so it feels lived in. We try to keep things organized but sometimes files pile up on the corners of the tables. It is just how things go when you are busy. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing every hour. We just talk across the room if something needs doing. It’s a simple way to work and it suits us just fine. Usually, one of the guys will go out to pick up some snacks for the afternoon break. We just focus on getting through the tasks before the sun goes down and it’s time to head back home. It's not a lot but it's our day-to-day life here.
